Huating Renjia · Maoqiao Village is a national AAA-level tourist attraction.

Covering an area of 1,285 mu, Huating Renjia is the core area of Jiading’s agricultural park, integrating seed-source agriculture, sightseeing agriculture, and facility-based agriculture.

Major attractions include the fishing pond, turtle and tortoise pool, koi pond, Hundred Trees Slope, Huating Tea House, fruit and melon sheds, vineyard, crop zone, and Lianxin Bridge. Visitors can rent plots to grow vegetables, pick grapes, taste Hami melons, and enjoy fishing and leisure activities. Huating Renjia meets contemporary travelers’ desire to connect with the countryside, experience farming, return to nature, and enjoy rustic fun.
