Jiafeng Third Village is located at the intersection of Qinghe Road and Shanghai-Yi Highway in Juyuan New District, dating back to the 1950s.

Protected area: east and north – 15 meters beyond the structure itself; south – Qinghe Road; west – Hongshi Road.

Juyuan New District: Juyuan New District is situated to the west and north of the old town of Jiading, encircling the old city in a crescent shape, covering an area of 18.61 square kilometers with a permanent population of 42,000. It currently administers 4 village committees (divided into 76 villager groups) and 5 neighborhood committees. The district has planned 13 square kilometers for urban development, most of which consists of undeveloped agricultural land, making it suitable for integrated development.
