Huacao Park

Huacao Park is located at No. 5 Huamei Road, Huacao Town, Minhang District, covering an area of 30,000 square meters. The park's green spaces feature a combination of three layers: trees, shrubs, and lawns. The plantings mainly consist of evergreen species such as camphor trees, pines, bamboos, and flowering shrubs. The park entrance is highlighted by a central square, a fountain pool, and a European-style arched colonnade. The pool is fitted with colorful underwater lights, and at night, the 10-meter-high water jets create a dazzling display against the multicolored lighting. The park’s artificial lake features a waterside flower mirror, a water boardwalk, a green island in the lake, and a five-tiered fishing platform that adds to the fun. Three cascading waterfalls on the yellow-stone rockery come alive when water rushes down, sending sprays of water droplets flying.
