Minhang Park

Minhang Park is bordered by Hengjing Port to the east, Shanghai-Humin Road to the west, and adjacent to Minhang Middle School to the south and Shanghai Honorary Veterans Sanatorium to the north. It covers an area of 60,600 square meters.

Minhang Park features pergola walkways, large rockery miniature landscapes, a monkey hill, a lotus pond, mushroom-shaped pavilions, and rockeries. The park uses tall trees, seasonal plants, and staggered hedges to separate different areas. The western part of the park is designated as an activity zone, while the eastern part includes an earthen hill, dense woods, lawns, flower-lined paths, streams, and a fishpond. In the northeast of the park lies a formal flowerbed complex covering a total area of 3,300 square meters, planted with various colors of roses. The eastern section of the park has a monkey house, and visitors can climb to the second-floor platform to observe the monkeys on the monkey hill.
