Pastoral Park is located at 445 Meizhou Road, covering a total area of 22,678 square meters. The park primarily focuses on meeting the developmental needs of spiritual civilization. Under a "tripartite" management model, it actively promotes civilized park visitation. The park features a Pastoral Science Library, which initially houses nearly 400 books of various types for visitors to read and relax, and offers free borrowing services. With its beautiful environment, cleanliness, and complete facilities, Pastoral Park was rated as a "Municipal-Level Civilized Park" in 2010.

Zhuqiao Town: On October 16, 2000, with the approval of the Shanghai Municipal People's Government, the former Beiqiao Town and Zhuqiao Town were abolished and merged to form the new Zhuqiao Town. Zhuqiao Town is situated in the central-southern part of Minhang District, bordering Meilong Town and Wujing Town to the east, Maqiao Town to the west, Jiangchuan Road Subdistrict to the south, and Xinzhuang Town to the north. It is also close to the Shanghai Xinzhuang Industrial Zone, Zizhu Science-based Industrial Park, and Minhang Economic and Technological Development Zone. Metro Line 5, which began operation in December 2003, runs through the entire town.
