After six years of construction and an investment of 1.5 billion yuan, the nearly 120,000㎡ "European-style castle" — the Shanghai International Brand Jewelry Center — is brimming with glamour and royal elegance, making it a popular photo hotspot.

The Shanghai International Brand Jewelry Center is located at Lane 567, Puxing Highway, Minhang District, Shanghai (above Luheng Road Station on Line 8 of the Shanghai Metro). It was wholly developed by Shanghai Zhang Tiejun Industrial Group and is a key large-scale jewelry cultural industry project jointly established by the Shanghai and Minhang District governments. It also serves as an international platform aligned with China’s Belt and Road Initiative.

Situated at the northern end of Pujiang Town in Minhang District, Shanghai, the center is adjacent to the Qiantan CBD, a world-class central business district, and is seamlessly connected to Luheng Road Station on Line 8. Covering a land area of 27,590 square meters with a total built-up area of 117,840 square meters, the center consists of ten Baroque-style standalone villas spread across four above-ground floors and three underground levels. It has been planned as “a flagship base for brand jewelry enterprises, an advanced manufacturing park, an incubation hub for jade carving masters and designers, and an international jewelry exhibition and trading venue,” aiming to become a world-renowned hub for high-end jewelry distribution, jewelry culture and creative design, and fashion consumption leadership.

1. Museum. Covering a total area of about 10,000 square meters, it includes the China Modern Jade Carving Museum, which houses artistic masterpieces by Chinese jade carving masters and showcases the development history of Chinese jade culture, and a section that regularly hosts international jewelry auctions and press conferences.

2. Chinese Heritage Pavilion. Showcasing China’s intangible cultural heritage, it presents the depth, breadth, systematic nature, and completeness of Chinese culture, highlighting its strengths and charm, telling China’s stories, and spreading China’s voice.

3. Bonded Exhibition and Trading Platform. The center is a bonded exhibition and trading pilot site outside of Shanghai Customs’ special regulatory zones, facilitating the import and export trade of finished jewelry and rough stones for international jewelers.
