Introduction: The Nenjiang Tourist Resort is situated on the right bank of the Nenjiang River in Da’an City, 3 kilometers from the city center. It spans 5.28 hectares with a built-up area of 5,100 square meters and is easily accessible by water and rail, making it a great place for tourism. The area features clearly defined seasons and enchanting scenery. Lush green waters of the river are dotted with white sails drifting softly, while luxurious cruise boats glide along with distant horns echoing. The riverbanks are shaded by green grass, with vast grasslands stretching out as birds sing joyfully. At the southern edge of the resort, at the foot of a mountain, lies the largest defense base in Northeast China, where visitors can experience the charm of modern knights. Along the right bank of the Nenjiang River, there is a 10-kilometer-long sandy beach bathing area equipped with comprehensive facilities, offering activities such as swimming, boating, photography, and entertainment. At the heart of the resort stands a uniquely designed five-story riverside tower that houses a restaurant, fast-food outlet, water resources exhibition hall, and dance hall. The interior is elegantly decorated, providing a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes with distinctive flavors, while the dance hall is outfitted with high-end sound systems, playing beautiful music that invites guests to enjoy gentle dancing and linger without wanting to leave. On the mid-level of this distinctive riverside tower, hundreds of fish specimens are displayed, allowing visitors to explore both ancient and modern aquatic life and truly appreciate the meaning behind Da’an’s reputation as a “land of fish and rice.” The resort also features three modern villas in European, Roman, and Chinese styles, with a total construction area of 2,000 square meters. These villas offer a full range of mid-to-high-end guest rooms, suitable for tourists of all backgrounds to vacation, hold meetings, or stay overnight. In addition, the Nenjiang Tourist Resort has developed other attractions including a riverside park, natural sand bathing area, artificial swimming pool, riverside wooden cabins, and a complex of villas. To meet the needs of visitors, the resort has launched one-day tours from Da’an Port to the Moon Lake Reservoir and from Da’an Port to Yanfu Temple. Guests can enjoy the scenic views along the river and dine or be entertained aboard the boats.
