New Taipei City, Shulin“Da’an Fairy Tale Night Market”Opened on the 22nd, unlike conventional night markets, this one adopts a fairy tale theme, built around the concept of a parent-child amusement park street to create a whimsical and relaxing cartoon-like atmosphere that enhances the fun of strolling through the market and attracts families with children.

Huang Shi International Marketing Co., Ltd., the organizer behind the planning of Da’an Fairy Tale Night Market, stated that as it is currently summer vacation, they have introduced an anime style with a fairy tale theme. They maintain clear pricing, ensure all cartoon merchandise is legally licensed, and uphold proper management standards for space safety. Visitors can enjoy more shopping and leisure pleasures while tasting snacks, buying daily items, and exploring the night market.

Currently boasting over 200 stalls, the Da’an Fairy Tale Night Market has set up a landmark medieval-style castle at the entrance. Inflatable figures such as a three-story-tall fire-breathing dragon and a giant teddy bear also stand at the entrance, creating ideal backdrops for photos and check-ins.

The fairy tale-themed stall area gathers 32 stalls in a medieval-style castle food street. With cartoonish storefront designs and signs, plus ten cosplayers dressed as anime characters who are always on hand, visitors can get shopping information and have their photos taken, making them feel as though they’re in a theme park. The opening also featured events such as an eating contest and live performances by singers.
