The ancient city was constructed by mixing river cobbles with earth, forming a rectangle. The north and south walls are each 510 meters long, the east wall is 333 meters long, and the west wall is 337 meters long, with a total perimeter of 1,690 meters. The north wall is relatively well-preserved, with a base width of 9–11 meters and surviving remnants reaching up to 1.5 meters in height. The north wall extends 320 meters from east to west before slightly turning southwest. There is a gap in the middle of the north wall, likely the site of the original north gate. The location of the south gate is unclear. Artifacts collected include roof tiles, tubular tiles, eave-end tiles, tile ends, pottery spinning whorls, and pottery rim fragments.

Ji Guan Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Wangqing County. It was established as Yingbi Mountain Township in 1956, renamed Ji Guan Commune in 1958, and became Ji Guan Township in 1983. Located in the central part of the county, it is 20 kilometers from the county seat, covers an area of 818.2 square kilometers, and has a population of 9,000. The township government is located in Ji Guan. The Da (Xinggou) Luo (Zigou) Highway passes through the area. It administers 13 village committees: Ji Guan, Zhang Jia Dian, Ying Bi, Ci Lao Ya Gou, Tai An, Gong Jia Dian, Yao Ying Gou, Da Bei Gou, Ji Xing, Huo Jia Ying, Ji Ming, Hua Pi Dian Zi, and Xin Min.
