Erected on a ridge at the border between Dunhua and Antu in the Halbalin Mountain Range, where there was a Qing Dynasty “official road.” This monument was built to commemorate Yiketangga, the then Vice Commander of Hunchun under the Qing Dynasty, who was promoted to Governor-General of Heilongjiang. There were originally four monuments, but only two remain today—one inscribed with “Virtue and Might Renowned” and the other with “Monument to Magistrate Yiketangga’s Virtuous Governance.”
