The Sister Buildings of the 87 Sanatorium are a municipal cultural heritage protection unit of Dalian.

The Sister Buildings of the 87 Sanatorium are located on Wenhua Street in Xigang District. On June 28, 2013, they were included in the fifth batch of municipal-level cultural heritage protection units in Dalian.

Protected area: The area 8 meters north, 1 meter west, and within the existing exterior wall foundations to the east and south of the building's outer wall base is designated as the protected zone.

Construction control zone: An 8-meter zone east, south, and north of the protected area is classified as a Category II construction control zone; there is no such zone to the west.
