The Dalian Film and Television Art Center is located in the Golden Pebble Beach National Tourist Resort and was officially opened in September 2001. Covering an area of 87,000 square meters with a construction area of 22,000 square meters, it is the largest membrane structure building in Asia. It adopts modern structural techniques featuring a steel frame and tensile membrane, as well as a fresh and dynamic architectural design. It successfully brings the beach and waves of Golden Pebble Beach indoors, turning poetic and romantic creativity into reality, and has become another distinctive cultural landmark on the peninsula.

The center includes facilities such as a pool-style performance hall, large and small rehearsal rooms, a comprehensive rehearsal hall, a gymnasium, and a cinema. After opening, leveraging the strengths of the Dalian Model Art School, the center will focus on themes such as Sino-foreign fashion art exchanges, color trend releases, fashion shows, and model performances, creating a Dalian Golden Pebble Beach tourism route themed around models and fashion. At the same time, with its romantic ambiance and elegant environment, the center will also become an important domestic and international film and television shooting base.
