"Sweet Harbor" Watermelon

　　"Sweet Harbor" watermelons are produced in Nanmachang Township, Chuzhou District, Huai'an City. This township has many years of history in watermelon production. This year, the total watermelon planting area in the township is 4,000 mu, including 2,000 mu under early-harvest greenhouse cultivation. Among them, the "Sweet Harbor" watermelon is the highest quality. This variety is primarily based on the "Kangmansumi" cultivar and is grown using pollution-free early-harvest production techniques.

The "Sweet Harbor" watermelon has won market recognition and praise from multiple higher authorities due to its excellent shape and quality. The melons are predominantly oval in shape, with a dark green rind and red flesh. The central sugar content reaches 11.3%, and can be as high as over 14%.
