The Tangfeng Hot Spring Club has themed its hot spring culture as “Neo-Tang Style,” likely inspired by the influence of the Huaqing Pool hot springs during the Tang Dynasty. As a result, from overall planning and architectural style to garden landscapes and interior decor, the Tangfeng Hot Spring Club consistently embodies the essence of Tang Dynasty aesthetics. Even the culture of the hot springs incorporates the Tang Dynasty’s cultural essence of “openness, respect, communication, and inclusiveness.” While drawing inspiration from the Huaqing Pool hot springs, the Tangfeng Hot Spring Club goes beyond mere replication by blending ancient Tang style with modern fashion, creating a new Tang style that resonates with contemporary beauty. Hence, the Tangfeng Hot Spring Club is hailed as Dalian’s Huaqing Pool, truly deserving of the title as a modern rendition of the ancient Huaqing charm.

Following the hot spring style of the Tang Dynasty’s Huaqing Pool, the club has also built a counterpart named the “Huaqing Pool Hot Spring Palace.” The “Huaqing Palace Hot Spring Palace” features 60 rooms, all king-sized, accommodating up to 120 guests. The first floor houses two independent hot spring pools, while the center of the lobby on the first floor contains a standard swimming pool. Though not very large in area, it is more than enough to showcase the designer’s uniqueness, with exquisitely crafted details that are truly remarkable.

Building upon the architectural style of the Tang Dynasty, the Tangfeng Hot Spring Club has also introduced significant innovations—described as “one-third classical and two-thirds modern”—which is why this Tang style is referred to as “Neo-Tang Style.” The Tangfeng Hot Spring Club will become a premium destination among Dalian’s hot spring tourism offerings, bringing a fresh wave of fashion to Dalian’s hot spring resort culture, and making it an ideal choice for wellness and leisure in Dalian.

The hot spring area of the Tangfeng Club is named “Huaqing Palace,” inspired by the love story between Emperor Xuanzong of Tang and Yang Guifei. The spring water at Tangfeng Hot Spring comes from underground sources 1,500 meters deep, with a temperature of 38 degrees Celsius—the optimal temperature for health and wellness. The spring water has been tested and certified by both the Osaka Central Hot Spring Analysis Institute in Japan and the Shenyang Rock and Mineral Testing Center under the Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources. It contains a variety of beneficial trace elements for the human body, such as calcium, sodium, and zinc, and is known to be particularly effective for arthritis, neuralgia, and excessive fatigue. The hot spring club features over 30 indoor soaking pools, along with various therapeutic pools such as rose baths, fruit and vegetable baths, and fish therapy, with the entire facility capable of accommodating up to a thousand people for bathing simultaneously.
