The Xiaoguantun Small Stone Shelter in Jinzhou is a cultural relic protection unit of Liaoning Province.

The Xiaoguantun Small Stone Shelter in Jinzhou is located on the eastern hill of Xiaoguanjiatun Village, Xiangying Subdistrict Office, Jinzhou New District, Dalian.

The Xiaoguantun Small Stone Shelter in Xiangying belongs to the Bronze Age, with a history of over 3,000 years, and is one of the oldest buildings in the Jinzhou area. Originally, about 250 meters south of the small stone shelter, on a small hill mound, there was a much larger stone shelter, hence called the “Large Stone Shelter.” Unfortunately, it was destroyed in the early 1950s. According to local residents, it was allegedly blown up by the then Soviet troops stationed in the area, though no official documentation confirms this. Today, the stone slabs of the Large Stone Shelter have disappeared. Not far to the east of the shelter lies a village named “Da Shipeng Village” (literally “Large Stone Shelter Village”), serving as a memorial to the lost structure.

Xiangying Subdistrict: Xiangying Subdistrict is located in the northern part of Jinzhou District and governs eight administrative villages. The Jinpu Highway runs from north to south, while the Huaxiang Highway connects directly to the Shenyang-Dalian Expressway. A notable memorial site is the former residence of Guan Xiangying.

[Historical Evolution] In 1958, it was part of the Liangjiadian People's Commune. In 1961, to commemorate the martyr Guan Xiangying, Xiangying People's Commune was established. It was restructured as a township in 1983 and upgraded to a town in 1995.
