With a total of 4,000 acres of fruit orchards, it grows a rich selection of premium fruits such as Da Nan Guo, Da Jian Ba, plums, apricots, apples, and various autumn pears. The fruit blossoms flourish from April to May, plums and apricots ripen from July to August, and apples along with various autumn pears are ready for harvest from mid-September to mid-October. The garden’s Da Nan Guo pears were recognized as high-quality fruit by the provincial Department of Agriculture in 2009.
