Hilton Shows Love to Left-Behind Children and Grows Together with Them
Shenyang, February 5, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- On January 30, 2015, members of the Care Committee of DoubleTree by Hilton Shenyang Comfort, led by General Manager Stephen Margol, visited Guanling Village in Fushun to show care for the local left-behind children. Located on the outskirts of Fushun, Guanling Village has many children left unattended as their parents work away from home. A local charitable convent provides these children from disadvantaged families with opportunities to study. The hotel’s Care Committee reached out to the convent and brought along gifts such as stationeryto visit the children.

Upon arrival, General Manager Mr. Margol warmly greeted the children, asked about their well-being, and engaged them in friendly conversation. Each member of the Care Committee also introduced themselves and conveyed their love and care for the children. The children and their parents warmly welcomed the Care Committee members and performed programs they had prepared.
Mr. Margol gave an inspiring speech, explaining the purpose of the committee's visit and encouraging the children to study hard. He promised that the Care Committee would maintain a long-term relationship with the children here and help them achieve better progress in all aspects. The committee members also prepared a special “Little Cookie” dance symbolizing DoubleTree by Hilton for the children, bringing them joy. While the cheerful atmosphere was still going strong, the members played a balloon-blowing game with the children, taking the event to a thrilling climax.At the end of the event, Mr. Margol presented gifts to the children, encouraging them to grow up healthy and study diligently.
