It is 15 kilometers from Jinzhou Bay International Airport, with exits on the Jingha Expressway at both Jinzhou East Station and Linghai Station. It is 73 kilometers from Jinzhou Railway Station, 62 kilometers from Jinzhou South Station, 73 kilometers from Jinzhou Long-distance Bus Station, and 42 kilometers from Linghai City. Binhai Highway leads directly to the main entrance of Oriental Huadi City, and there are also dedicated bus lines from within Jinzhou City.

Oriental Huadi City is located at the junction of the Da and Xiao Liao Rivers and the Bohai Bay. Along the hundreds of kilometers of riverbanks, reeds grow in abundance. The lapping of the sea and the sedimentation of the river have formed an extensive transitional zone between land and sea—tidal flats. The infiltration of alkali and the infusion of salt have given rise to a miraculous fern plant here—the seepweed. Every May, seepweed begins to grow on the beaches, gradually turning from emerald green to red. The other well is 1,368 meters deep with water at 45°C, a mineral water that meets medical drinking standards.
