Linghai Qianlong Stele

The Linghai Qianlong Stele is a cultural heritage protection unit of Liaoning Province.

The Linghai Qianlong Stele is located to the north of Dizang Temple Village, Banjita Town, Linghai City, Jinzhou, dating back to the Qing Dynasty.

On June 11, 2008, it was designated as part of the eighth batch of provincial-level cultural heritage protection units by the People’s Government of Liaoning Province.

Protected area: within 10 meters around the midpoint of the line connecting the two steles (longitude 120°52′57.3″E, latitude 41°12′35.2″N).

Construction control zone: a first-class construction control zone within 20 meters outside the protected area.

Banjita Town: Banjita Town is located in the northwest of Jinzhou City. It lies between latitudes 40°48′—41°26′ and longitudes 120°42′—121°25′. The town stretches 25 kilometers from east to west and 4.5 kilometers from north to south, covering a total land area of 120 square kilometers. It is 35 kilometers east of downtown Jinzhou, borders Chaoyang City to the west, neighbors Yixian County to the north, and faces the Xiao Ling River and Huludao City to the south. Situated at the junction of three cities, Banjita Town is an important hub in western Liaoning.
