China Airlines will launch Taipei–London direct flights starting December 1, with non-stop service arriving in just 13 hours at London Gatwick Airport. Initially, there will be four weekly flights, with an expected increase to “daily flights” before next year’s summer schedule. China Airlines Chairman Hsieh Su-chien also announced plans to trial flights to Ontario, USA, next year, followed by a codeshare partnership with Air France, among other collaborations to continue expanding the airline’s global network.
