Hong Kong Disneyland Launches Short Film Starring Ariel Lin and JJ Lin: "Happiness"

Hong Kong Disneyland presents a short film that captures moments of happiness from morning to night. The film stars acclaimed actress Ariel Lin and Golden Melody Awards-winning singer JJ Lin in their first collaborative project with the park. Together, they bring to life a specially crafted happiness story. "The Origin of Happiness" will be released on Taiwanese online platforms on December 5.

Hong Kong Disneyland has appointed Ariel Lin and JJ as Happiness Ambassadors. The intellectual Ariel Lin shot a short film for the park. On the day of filming, Ariel Lin (Ariel) was immediately captivated by the joyful atmosphere upon entering Hong Kong Disneyland. Feeling right at home, she even spontaneously sang the theme song of "The Little Mermaid," much like her namesake.

Visiting Hong Kong Disneyland for the second time, Ariel Lin remarked, “The park has been expanding, and with the nighttime ‘Paint the Night’ parade, I get to experience different kinds of joy from morning to night.” As the parade passed by at close range, guests raised their magical light brushes, transforming Main Street, U.S.A. into a sea of glowing lights.

Free-spirited JJ Lin enjoys capturing happy moments with his camera. Upon entering Hong Kong Disneyland, the joyful vibe inspired him to spontaneously dance and run happily in front of Sleeping Beauty Castle to the music. Venturing into Tomorrowland, he spotted Buzz Lightyear, grabbed his camera, and played the role of a professional photographer, asking Buzz to strike various poses. He even took a selfie with the character. JJ Lin also shared, “I’ve fallen in love with this place—I don’t want to leave Hong Kong Disneyland.”
