The Qingshan District Archives serves as a patriotic education base.

The Qingshan District Archives is located on the first floor of the Qingshan District Government Building. Established in May 1963, it was promoted to a National Second-Class Archives in 2008. With a collection of 200,000 volumes, it was the first archives at the banner, county, or district level within the autonomous region to adopt centralized and unified management. In its daily operations, the archives leverages its strengths, using archival resources as the basis to organize a large number of photographs and physical archives that reflect the achievements of Qingshan District in economic and social development, which are exhibited on tour across various communities. In 2008, the Qingshan District Archives updated 14 picture exhibition boards, added newly collected physical exhibits, and refreshed multimedia video materials, collectively showcasing the district’s improved urban functions, beautiful natural and cultural environment, strong presence of major enterprises, and dense talent resources. It highlights key aspects such as Qingshan District’s “Two Belts, One Zone” strategy, the “Three Centers,” “Three Circulation Networks,” “Three Demonstration Zones,” commercial economy, key projects, and the development plans for the equipment manufacturing industry. It provides a comprehensive reflection and display of the achievements in Qingshan District’s economic and social development. Serving as a microcosm of the district’s progress, it also acts as a window through which the outside world can learn about Qingshan District. In 2005, it was designated as a municipal-level “Patriotic Education Base.”
