Jinao Zhou Theme Park is located at the confluence of the Dongjiang South Branch and Fenxi River, in Jintai Village, Wanjiang District. It was completed in late 2001 and is a theme park based on the mythological stories of Jinao Zhou.

The park stretches from the head of Jintai Bridge to the “Ancient Jinao Zhou Pagoda,” spanning 600 meters in length with a total area of 25,000 square meters. At its center lies a multifunctional cultural square covering 6,000 square meters that can accommodate up to 10,000 people. In the middle of the square stands a large colorful musical dry-land fountain spanning 1,300 square meters.

Within the park, there is a wave-shaped lawn covering 2,500 square meters, spectacular riverside stone railings, frame corridors, scenic walls, a children’s playground, and a 150-meter-long cultural corridor that connects to the Ancient Jinao Zhou Pagoda. This corridor reflects the culture, history, geography, and current status of Wanjiang. Additionally, there is a small sculpture island extending into the river, where a bronze statue of a golden turtle (Jinao) will be placed. On the shore, there is a Jinao Zhou stele commemorating the myths and legends of Jinao Zhou.

Jintai Village: Located along the banks of the Dongjiang South Branch, Jintai Village sits at a strategic point along the Dongguan waterway. It borders Palouji Village to the north, Quhai Village to the west, faces Wanjiang across the river to the east, and looks toward Guancheng across the river to the south. The village covers an area of 1.3 square kilometers and includes five natural villages: Jinao Zhou, Yongtai, Zhouwuji, Shangting, and Xiating. In 2002, it had a registered population of 1,859.
