Riverside Park is located in the eastern urban area of Zhenmu Tou. Covering an area of 400,000 square meters, it was built with an investment of over 40 million yuan by the town government and opened in February 2001 as a public park for the Zhenmu Tou community.

Riverside Park is situated right next to the Shima River. Its natural layout consists of interwoven water channels, wide and moist wetlands, and abundant plant life that stays green year-round. The park’s design includes building hills on flat land, constructing bridges over water, setting up scenic spots based on the terrain, and showcasing blue waters and skies. The entire park is divided into four areas: Central Island, South End, North End, and Cultural Square. There are eight bridges throughout the park—made from mud, wood, and stone—along with 2 kilometers of riverside boardwalks. The man-made hills undulate gracefully, while various pavilions, towers, terraces, rockeries, fountains, waterside gazebos, and fishing platforms are thoughtfully arranged.

In addition, the park is filled with tropical trees and flower nurseries featuring no fewer than a hundred species. Winding paths lead to serene spots, and the park offers a rich variety of artistic designs. Entry is free for all citizens, making it suitable for visitors of all ages.

The East Urban Cultural Square serves as a major performance venue where the town hosts large-scale events, competitions, and cultural shows.

Zhenmu Tou Town: Covering a total area of 118.8 square kilometers, Zhenmu Tou Town is located in the southeastern part of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It lies at the center of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Dongguan, where provincial highways Guan-Hui and Dong-Shen intersect. The Huichang and Dongcong expressways pass through the town, while the Changhu, Longlin, and Dongshen expressways also serve the area.
