Generals' Hall

The Generals' Hall is divided into five major sections: Introduction, Generals' Profiles, Military-Civilian Mutual Support, Generals' Inscriptions, Publications, and Epilogue. The Generals' Profiles section primarily showcases brief introductions to the work and combat experiences of generals who were once stationed at the military camp in Zhangmutou Town and later rose to the rank of deputy military region level or above. Among them are 5 generals, 3 lieutenant generals, 21 major generals, and 16 at the deputy military region level or above who did not receive general ranks (7 of whom have passed away), totaling 45 individuals. The second section, “Military-Civilian Mutual Support,” mainly displays the outstanding deeds, figures, and touching moments of Zhangmutou Town’s support for the military and care for military families, as well as the government's affection for the people over the years, along with photo materials of town leaders visiting the generals.

Zhangmutou Town: Covering a total area of 118.8 square kilometers, Zhangmutou Town is located in the southeastern part of Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It lies in the central area of Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Huizhou, and Dongguan, where provincial highways Guan-Hui and Dong-Shen intersect. The Huichang and Guancong expressways pass through the town, and the Changhu, Longlin, and Guanshen expressways all serve Zhangmutou. The town has both long-distance and short-distance bus stations, serving as a transit hub for road passenger transport in surrounding towns. The Guangzhou–Shenzhen and Beijing–Kowloon railways, as well as the Guangzhou–Meizhou–Shantou railway, run through the area, with the train station handling 113 trains daily.
