The Former Site of the Grain Processing Workshop of the Third Battalion of the Guangdong People’s Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Forces is a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit.

The Former Site of the Grain Processing Workshop of the Third Battalion of the Guangdong People’s Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Forces is located in Dawangling Village Group, Dalingshan Village, Dalingshan Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. It is a traditional mud-brick house. From October 1940 to October 1941, the Third Battalion of the Guangdong People’s Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Forces set up this grain processing workshop here to enhance logistical support and secure food supplies for the troops. Rice and other grains were transported to this site, where villagers used simple tools such as bamboo cage mills and pedal-operated pestles to process them. The processed grain was then sent back to the various mess units of the battalion for distribution. The building faces southeast and measures 7 meters in width and 12 meters in length, featuring a traditional Chinese gable-and-hip roof structure supported by purlins. This historical site holds significant value for the study of the anti-Japanese revolutionary struggle in Guangdong. It was designated as a National Key Cultural Relics Protection Unit in 2006.
