The Site of the Underground Communication Station of the Dongbao United County Committee of the Communist Party of China is located in Xinwei, Taigongling Village, Dalingshan Town. It was originally the residence of local villagers Mr. and Mrs. Kuang Yingtao, but now only ruins remain. GPS coordinates: 22°55'20.9"N, 113°48'43.6"E, elevation 33 meters.

In January 1938, underground Communist Party member Zhang Ying first came to Taigongling under the guise of a teacher, staying at the home of the Kuang Yingtao family, where she secretly carried out propaganda and organized anti-Japanese liaison work. In October 1938, the Taigongling Branch of the Communist Party of China was established here, with Zhang Ying serving as branch secretary. She recruited three party members: Kuang Yingtao, Yin Canlin, and Kuang Chishou. In 1939, the Communications Headquarters of the Dongbao (Dongguan–Bao’an) United County Committee of the Communist Party of China was set up here. Leaders of the county committee, such as Zhang Ru, often stayed here to receive work reports, hold meetings, and discuss anti-Japanese efforts. In the spring of 1940, when the Dongjiang People’s Anti-Japanese Armed Forces relocated to Haifeng–Lufeng, Zhang Ying personally buried over 20 guns and a roster of underground party members in the garden, and planted a mango tree at the burial site as a marker. In June 1940, the Dongbao United County Committee of the Communist Party of China was dissolved, and the Dongguan County Committee was established, but the communication station continued to operate and play its role. From September to November 1940, Yin Linping, Secretary of the Dongjiang Frontline Special Committee of the Communist Party of China, and Huang Jia, a member of the Dongguan County Committee, also stayed here.

The site was demolished in 2002. In January 2004, it was designated as a Dongguan Municipal Cultural Relics Protection Unit by the Dongguan Municipal People’s Government.

Taigongling Village: Located in the northwest of Dalingshan Town, Taigongling Village is about 3.5 kilometers from the town center, covering a total area of 2.24 square kilometers. The Taigongling Village Committee oversees five villager groups, primarily residing in five residential communities: Dadi Community, Yuantangzi Community, Shuangling Community, Jinlan Community, and Yuanshanzi Community. There are 478 registered local households with a population of 1,675, along with over 7,100 migrants. The village hosts a total of 37 foreign-funded and private enterprises. In 2010, the total economic income at both the village and group levels was 12.6 million yuan.
