The site of the Dongguan County Committee of the CPC Traffic and Intelligence Station is located at No. 223, Old Street, Zhonghe Market, Shishuikou Village, Qiaotou Town. GPS coordinates: 23°00'20.6" N, 114°04'08.7" E, elevation 12 meters.

In 1942, the Dongguan County Committee of the CPC selected the Guangrentang Herbal Medicine Shop at Zhonghe Market in Shishuikou as an underground traffic and intelligence station. The main persons in charge were party members from Shishuikou, such as Mo Lun and Mo Rui. After the establishment of the county committee's traffic and intelligence station, some underground party members came to Shishuikou Village under the guise of teachers at Shixi Primary School, secretly carrying out intelligence gathering and transmission activities. At the same time, they secretly mobilized and organized young people to join the Party and the army, delivered intelligence, medicine, and food to guerrilla forces, and sheltered anti-Japanese guerrilla members in their propaganda efforts. During this period, many progressive youths in Shishuikou Village, inspired by this traffic and intelligence station, participated in underground party activities and the guerrilla forces, actively engaging in the anti-Japanese struggle. Among them were progressive youths such as Mo Qiaoli (female), Mo Zhuohui, Mo Linzai, Mo Huangmiao, Mo Qunsen, Mo Chusong, Mo Tongzhao, Mo Hongmao, Mo Quande, Mo Renqing, Mo Jiahe, Mo Mantou, Mo Manle, Mo Hansen, Mo Jincheng, and Li Xiu (female). Sixteen of them sacrificed their lives in battle.

In 1944, Mo Rui took over as the secretary of the Shishuikou Branch of the CPC, with Su Shougong, Luo Huixian, and Luo Guicai serving as branch committee members. This traffic and intelligence station, serving as the location of the Party branch, secretly carried out underground party organizational activities until October 1949 when Qiaotou was liberated. The Party branch then moved out of the intelligence station, and the building was taken over by the family of Mo Lun.

The site faces south and covers a construction area of approximately 58.5 square meters. It fronts the Old Street of Zhonghe Market, with old shops on both sides and old market alleys at the back. To this day, the shop front, door beams, bricks and tiles, as well as the specially designed secret peephole facilities for facilitating intelligence transmission, remain well-preserved.

Shishuikou Village: Located in the southwestern part of Qiaotou Town, Dongguan City, Guangdong Province, about 5 kilometers west of Qiaotou Market, Shishuikou Village consists of natural villages including Shishuikou, Lingsha, Fangtianxinwei, Benggangwei, and Zhonghe Market. The village is adjacent to the Qiaotou Park of Dongguan Eastern Industrial Park. Dongshen Road, Lianhu Road, and Shuikoucheng Road run through the entire village. It is 6 kilometers from Dongguan Railway Station, 4 kilometers from the Changhu Expressway interchange, enjoying convenient transportation and a superior geographical location. The village covers an area of 7.8 square kilometers, with a permanent population of over 7,000, including 4,555 registered residents.
