The Tomb of Martyr Li En is located on Changpu Hill in Hengjiangxia Village, Changping Town. GPS coordinates: 22°59'46.5"N, 114°01'06.2"E, at an elevation of 24 meters.

After the founding of the People’s Republic of China, the local government organized village cadres and their families to hold a memorial service in Changping Guting. Relatives transferred Li En’s ashes to the cemetery on Changpu Hill in Hengjiangxia Village for interment. The tomb is built with cement and blue bricks, featuring a bluestone gravestone, and covers an area of 54 square meters.

Li En (1904–1949) was from Hengjiangxia Village, Changping, Dongguan. His father made a living through farming, and the family lived in poverty. Between 1939 and 1940, Li En and his friends earned a living in Changping by contracting sugar and liquor taxes, running a security escort agency, and managing cattle pens. Influenced and recruited by the Third Battalion of the Guangdong People’s Anti-Japanese Guerrilla Forces, he joined the revolutionary cause. In 1943, in an effort to secure the Guangzhou–Kowloon Railway line and support the Pacific War, the Japanese army coerced the Kuomintang’s surrender faction into organizing a pacification team.
