Songfeng Mountain Villa is located within the Daibagou Scenic Area of Heiliriver in Ningcheng County. It is 110 kilometers away from Tianyi, Chifeng, and Chengde.

The villa covers an area of over 20 acres, with a total construction area of more than 3,000 square meters. The architectural layout consists of a two-courtyard complex, with thatched cottages at the front. The main house serves as guest rooms, while the east and west wing rooms function as a millhouse, grindstone room, and office space. Each pair of guest rooms is separated by wooden fences to create individual courtyards, reflecting the charm of a rural homestead. The back courtyard’s main house also contains guest rooms, while the wing rooms are used as the kitchen and dining area. It can accommodate and serve up to 120 guests for lodging and meals simultaneously.

The guest rooms are equipped with TVs, telephones, and bathing facilities. The guest rooms in the front courtyard feature heated brick beds (kang), highlighting a rustic farmhouse style.
