Mashanzhangou Shenlong Temple Water Conservancy Scenic Area is situated in Mashanzhangou, a first-level tributary of Haokeng River among the ten major gullies of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, in Shulinzhao Town, Dalad Banner, Ordos City, and is built upon the Shabaizi Sea Buckthorn Soil and Water Conservation Ecological Protection Demonstration Zone.
