National Planetarium

Introduction

The National Planetarium is located in Lake Gardens. It houses a cinema screening space science programs, a space science exhibition hall, a theater, a resource center, an observation gallery, and an observatory. On moonlit and clear days, visitors can use the telescopes in the observatory to observe celestial movements. Outside the building, there is also a Taikong-themed park featuring replicas of many ancient astronomical instruments.
