AirAsia’s Year of the Dragon livery plane takes flight, Kuala Lumpur to Taipei from NT$2,940

AirAsia, which has been named “World’s Best Low-Cost Airline” by Skytrax for three consecutive years, has specially painted its 100th Airbus aircraft with an image of a majestic dragon coiling around the fuselage, naming it the “Soaring Dragons” livery plane. This specially decorated aircraft will fly to destinations including Macau, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Travelers visiting Kuala Lumpur from Taiwan may have the chance to spot it at the airport.

In addition, to celebrate the launch of the “Soaring Dragons” livery plane, AirAsia is offering promotional fares for domestic flights within Malaysia, with one-way tickets starting as low as NT$320. For long-haul routes, the promotion includes one-way flights from Kuala Lumpur to Taipei and Seoul, South Korea, starting from NT$2,940 (tax included); and flights from Kuala Lumpur to Australia (Melbourne, Perth, Gold Coast, Sydney) and Japan (Tokyo, Osaka) starting from NT$2,620 (tax included).
