Explore 22 Hidden Natural and Historical Heritage Sites

The Kuala Lumpur City Hall has officially launched the Kuala Lumpur Cycling Route, setting up bike lanes in the city center that connect 22 hidden attractions, offering visitors a cycling experience that brings them closer to the city’s history, culture, and nature. The Kuala Lumpur Cycling Route is divided into two main zones: the “Historical Heritage Architecture Area” and the “Natural Ecological Park Area.” Visitors can rent bicycles at the Kuala Lumpur City Gallery (KL City Gallery) to deeply explore Kuala Lumpur’s century-old historical and cultural architecture and heritage sites, such as the National Textile Museum, Victorian Fountain, Royal Selangor Club, and St. Mary’s Cathedral.




For those who enjoy green travel, you can also cycle to various large ecological parks in Kuala Lumpur, such as Perdana Botanical Park and Deer Park, and you must not miss the KL Bird Park, the world’s largest free-flight walk-in aviary, which houses over 3,000 birds of 200 different species. The KL Bird Park adopts a free-flight concept, allowing all birds to live freely and restore their most natural way of life.
