The Little Wulai Waterfall Scenic Area is located in the Yu'nei Creek Valley and is known for its refreshing and picturesque waterfalls and canyon landscapes. It is especially famous for attractions such as Little Wulai Waterfall, Dragon-Phoenix Waterfall, and the Wind-moving Rock. The entire area is filled with pristine natural beauty.

Little Wulai Waterfall is the final one in a local series of waterfalls. The cascading waters rush down a steep cliff, splashing and creating mist that resembles the famous Wulai Waterfall in New Taipei City, hence the name. The best viewpoint is from a four-tiered observation deck by the roadside. Below the deck, a small path leads to the base of the waterfall, where visitors can cross a small bridge spanning the canyon to enjoy the waterfall. The mist surges through the valley, offering yet another breathtaking sight.

The Wind-moving Rock stands about 5 meters tall and is supported by just seven small contact points on the ground, holding up a weight of 10–20 metric tons — a truly remarkable sight. By taking a detour to the left of the Wind-moving Rock and crossing the Heping Suspension Bridge, you can reach the Dragon-Phoenix Waterfall, which has upper and lower tiers, hence the name “Dragon-Phoenix.” Though not as grand as Little Wulai Waterfall, its long, flowing waters, hidden deep in the mountains, present a more serene and elegant charm.
