200 Days to Countdown: Taoyuan Attractions and Hotels Launch Joint Promotions

After the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, there are just 200 days left until Taoyuan County officially becomes a municipality on December 25. To mark this important milestone, the Taoyuan County Government’s Tourism Bureau has invited local tourism operators to launch celebration offers in June, allowing residents to experience the excitement of Taoyuan’s upcoming upgrade to a municipality.

Little World Theme Park is offering entry for just NT$200 (original price NT$799) for Taoyuan residents on June 7 and 8; Guhua Garden Hotel has launched a special room package in June where guests can upgrade to a higher-tier room for an additional NT$200, while its Colorful Western Restaurant is offering a “buy one, get one free” deal for two diners; Vit Garden Hotel is also providing an upgrade to business garden rooms for two Taoyuan residents and giving away two Italian set meals in June; and Stay City Hotel is offering a 50% discount on stays.

The Taoyuan County Government’s Tourism Bureau stated that more star-rated hotels and tourist factories are also offering discounts of over NT$200, with details available atTaoyuan Tourism Guide.
