Big Black Pine & Little Couple Love Story Museum

Big Black Pine & Little Couple is a well-known food manufacturer in Taiwan, established in 1956. It is said that in 1956, Qiu Pengyuhe, the founder of nougat, opened a Big Black Pine nougat store on Bo’ai Road in Taipei. In 1983, Qiu Yirong and his wife Zeng Cuina founded Qiushi Ding Food Co., Ltd. and launched the Little Couple wedding cake that same year. In 1984, Big Black Pine and Little Couple merged into one brand, incorporating nougat into wedding cake gift boxes, thus creating Taiwan’s first combined nougat-and-cake gift set. After decades of development, the Big Black Pine & Little Couple trademark has become widely recognized both domestically and internationally.

The Love Story Museum was created by Big Black Pine & Little Couple in 2008 as a love-themed venue to promote feelings of happiness, allowing more couples to create beautiful memories and experience romance and joy. The museum is located on Fuxing Road, Daxi Township, Taoyuan County. The site is divided into indoor and outdoor spaces. The outdoor area features a semi-open-air café, a rose garden, a small chapel, a heart-shaped flower bed, and leisure seating, making it an ideal location for weddings. The indoor part consists of a wedding cake sales area and a Love Story House. Inside the story house, world-famous and touching love stories are depicted in oil paintings, complemented by 18th-century French royal furniture, carriages, sculptures, and other decorative items—making it a must-photo spot for visitors. In the chapel of the Love Story Museum, priests also officiate weddings for couples who choose to hold their ceremonies here.

The romantic atmosphere and elegant environment have gradually made the Love Story Museum one of the most famous attractions in Taoyuan, and its love-themed facilities have also established it as a popular wedding photography location in Taiwan.
