Carlos d'Assumpção Park is located in the Outer Harbour land reclamation area on the other side of Avenida da Amizade. At the end of the reclamation area, an artificial island features a statue of Guanyin. The park has a beautiful environment, filled with palm trees and shrubs. One side of the park is home to a musical fountain, with water jets that take on ever-changing shapes and patterns; the other side has a lotus pond with an arched bridge, beneath which the clear water hosts ducks and koi fish playing in the pond, creating a serene and harmonious scene.
