Ancient Cliff Pure Land

Ancient Cliff Pure Land (Koon Ngam Ching Yuen) is located at 1 Che Kung Temple Road, Tai Wai, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong. The sanctuary was founded by Venerable Yee Chiu, who followed the eminent monk Master Hsu Yun from childhood, and is named after Hsu Yun’s alias “Ancient Cliff.”

Led by Venerable Shi Zhichao as the head of the delegation, a 37-member pilgrimage group from Ancient Cliff Pure Land conducted a one-hour Buddhist ceremony at Baoguang Temple in Xindu District, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province, People's Republic of China, on Thursday, June 25, 1980.
