Toli Martyrs' Cemetery is a classic red tourism destination and a patriotic education base.

Toli Martyrs' Cemetery is located within the Ecological Park of Toli County. On August 13, 1969, the Tielieketi Border Self-Defense Counterattack Battle took place in Toli. This was an important self-defense counterattack battle on the northwestern border following the Zhenbao Island incident. During the battle, 28 martyrs sacrificed their lives gloriously to defend the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the motherland. To commemorate the martyrs who fell in the Tielieketi battle, the cemetery was first built in 1969, covering an area of 27,000 square meters. It includes a Martyrs' Memorial Hall, a National Defense Education Exhibition Hall, an Integrity Education Hall, a Martyrs' Sacrificial Wall, and a Martyrs' Tomb Area, among others, with a total of 46 martyr tombs. The cemetery is a Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region-level protected martyrs' memorial facility, as well as a Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Patriotic Education Base, a Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region National Defense Education Base, and a Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Integrity and Clean Government Education Base.
