The Horse Ranch is located in the central area of the Nalati Scenic Zone, on the east side of the resort. The terrain here is distinctly terraced, with the racetrack situated on the third terrace. The first terrace is the southern hillside, the second serves as a natural grandstand, and the fourth is the Gongnaisi River to the north. The racetrack stretches over 1,000 meters from east to west and more than 800 meters from north to south, taking an oval shape. The ground is flat and expansive, covered with lush, sturdy grass. The grandstand, which serves as the spectator area, runs the same length as the racetrack and is set 5 meters higher, also featuring level terrain. Every year after the spring planting season in May and June, various townships hold horse racing events, and the county-wide horse racing championship is often held here. The famous “Beijing Chestnut Horse” first made its mark at this venue.
