On August 6, a series of events for the New Silk Road International Tourism Ambassador Competition kicked off in Beijing, themed “A Journey to Yangzhou, the Canal City, and a Tour to Xinyuan, the Prairie Pearl.” Jiangsu’s Yangzhou and Xinjiang’s Xinyuan are two representative cities/counties along the Grand Canal and the Silk Road, respectively, each boasting a national 5A-level scenic spot—Slender West Lake and Nalati. From the water towns of the south to the grasslands of the Silk Road, from poetic culture to ecological nature, these elements were brought together through the tourism ambassador competition, promoting cultural exchange and tourism interaction between inland China and Xinjiang.
As a major co-organizer of this event, Green Field Outdoor has arranged the Kansu Hiking Joy Tour for the New Silk Road on August 20. With “beautiful eyes” viewing the “beautiful China,” participants will explore the pristine scenery of “Saha,” experience Kazakh ethnic culture with local herding families in Nalati, and bring Chinese culture and international friendship to the world. Twenty models from various countries, under the guidance of Green Field Outdoor’s professional guides, will hike through the lush green landscapes of the Kansu Valley, while engaging in fun and interactive activities that showcase the healthy and vibrant charm of these international beauties. Bringing a cool respite to the Silk Road in the heat of summer!
