The Tang Jialeke Memorial Hall in Xinyuan County is situated within the Tang Jialeke and Aisim Monument compound in the southern suburbs of the county town. It was completed in September 2003. The site covers an area of 44 mu, with the memorial hall building covering 1,273 square meters. At its top is a sculpture of a white swan, with a total height of 39.6 meters. The total investment amounted to 1.7 million yuan, of which 700,000 yuan was raised from all sectors of society and 1 million yuan was invested by the county government. The interior includes an exhibition hall showcasing folk customs, 11 cultural relics exhibition rooms, and other auxiliary facilities. The hall currently houses 19 precious cultural relics, including one second-grade national relic, 12 third-grade national relics, six pieces of light bronze ware awaiting expert appraisal, and 22 general cultural relics.

The completion of the memorial hall has had a positive impact on promoting ethnic culture, inspiring national spirit, strengthening unity and mutual assistance among all ethnic groups, improving the quality of the populace, and establishing our county as a renowned tourism destination. It will surely become an important patriotic education base for our county. On September 20, 2003, our county grandly held the 100th anniversary celebration of the birth of Tang Jialeke Zhuodeli, organizing a folk crafts exhibition and sales fair, a youth poetry recital, and an art, calligraphy, and photography exhibition for primary and secondary school students. Collections of Tang Jialeke’s poetry were compiled, and the “Selected Poems of Tang Jialeke (Continued)” was published and distributed, playing an important role in strengthening patriotic education among young people.
