Mazar Dala Outpost. Located on the first-level terrace on the west bank of the Mazar Dala River, 74 kilometers southeast of Kulangagu Village, Xihexiu Township. The coordinates of the protected area and construction control zone are:

Xihexiu Township: A township under the jurisdiction of Yecheng County. During the Republican era, it belonged to Shihuoxiu Township. In 1955, it was designated as the Sixth District, in 1958 the Sixth Commune was established, in 1972 it was renamed Xihexiu Commune, and in 1984 it became a township. It is located southwest of the county seat, 115 kilometers from the county town. Covering an area of 1,820 square kilometers, it has a population of 5,000, including ethnic groups such as Uyghur, Kirgiz, and Tajik, among which Uyghurs account for 83.3%.
