Xining Qilin Bay Park

Reconstructed from the Children's Park, Xining Qilin Bay Park was completed and opened to the public on November 16, 2008. The park is free for all citizens. This waterfront ecological green space, blending modern and traditional elements, is set to become an iconic cultural landmark of Xining. With its flowing streams and picturesque scenery, classic Chinese-style architecture artfully connects this "hidden paradise" with the bustling city. Upon entering the north gate, visitors are greeted by a water feature resembling a long river with crystal-clear waters. A miniature replica of the Xining Prefecture city, cast in brass, showcases the original appearance of Xining during the Qing Dynasty.
