Qunyi Financial Group recently held a Central Region Sports Meet, inviting nearly 300 colleagues and their families from its branches in Hsinchu, Taichung, Dajia, Situn, and Changhua to participate in the “Family Cycling Adventure” event. Wang [Surname], Chairman of Qunyi Jinding Securities, stated that the event aims to help busy employees build healthier bodies and happier family lives.
Qunyi Jinding Securities colleagues and their families gathered early in the morning at the Houli Horse Ranch in Taichung before setting off. Many employees were experiencing a family cycling trip along the “Houfeng Bicycle Trail” for the first time. Along the way, they explored iron bridges, cycled through tunnels, enjoyed the natural pastoral scenery, and spent a relaxing holiday with their loved ones. Wang [Surname] also made a special trip south to join in the fun with the staff.
To continue showing care for its employees, the company expanded its Family Day activities this year. In June, the “Group Hike, Happiness Fills Qunyi” northern region mountain hike was held, starting at Taipei’s Tiger Mountain. Then, in September, employees and their families from the central region were invited to join the “Family Cycling Adventure” on the Houfeng Bicycle Trail. In November, a hiking activity is also scheduled at Kaohsiung’s Chengcing Lake.
Zhao Yongfei, General Manager of Qunyi Jinding Securities, said that the company’s Family Day activities this year are distinctive across both the northern and southern regions, featuring mountains, water, and scenic landscapes. Through a series of diverse and healthy outdoor activities, the events aim to recharge employees for work and also foster closer family bonds.
