Heyuan Park

Covering an area of 600 acres with a total investment of 60 million yuan, Heyuan Park is designed around the themes of "lotus" and "source." It is a comprehensive ancient-style wetland forest park that centers on the wetland ecosystem and focuses on leisure and entertainment, integrating cultural leisure, ecological conservation, and sports and fitness.

The park preserves its original natural landscape of mountains and waters, and based on the existing features of the local hills and ponds, it has planned and constructed six “gardens” in accordance with local conditions: the Celebrity Garden — the main design concept is to promote spiritual civilization, celebrate historical figures, and draw lessons from history to illustrate prosperity. The garden mainly features landscapes related to lotuses and famous historical personalities; the Buddhist Garden — the main design concept is to respect Buddhist culture and seek integration with other cultures. The garden mainly includes Buddha statues related to lotuses and recreates the Buddhist cultural landscape of the Wild Goose Pagoda; the Prayer Garden — the main design concept is to purify the soul and pursue a noble life. The garden mainly features Guanyin Buddha statues related to lotuses; the Taoist Garden — the planning and design mainly revolve around lotuses and legends and romantic myths with lotuses as the backdrop. Key landscapes include stories inspired by “Harmony,” “Twin Lotus,” and “Longevity and Abundance”; the Folk Garden — the design primarily showcases folklore and rural customs, such as the dramatized “Lotus Lanterns” and “Sun-Drying Lotus Deities” from Guangchang, forming a folk culture landscape that combines science, reality, and art; the Wilderness Garden — the main design concept is the beauty of nature, ecology, humanity, dynamism, and tranquility. Through the construction of these six “gardens,” the park showcases a lotus-source culture that embodies inner purity, good karma, and enduring heritage.
