Heshun Dragon Pool

Heshun Dragon Pool is formed by an underground spring. Covering dozens of acres, the pool features rippling blue waters with crystal-clear visibility, where fish can be clearly seen. The pool is surrounded by exquisitely crafted stone railings, with a stone pavilion gracefully standing in the middle and ancient trees towering along the shore. The YuLong Ancient Pavilion is built by the pool, its reflection mirrored beautifully on the water’s surface, creating a picturesque scene that is one of the scenic highlights of Heshun, the hometown of overseas Chinese. Legend has it that in ancient times, a dragon caused trouble in Heshun. The ancestors of Heshun built and revered the pool to appease the dragon, which brought favorable weather and abundant harvests.
