The Yunlin Fairyland Tourist Attraction is located in the western part of Tongren City, 8 kilometers from the city center. It was a project signed by the Tongren Municipal People's Government at the Shenzhen Cultural Industries Fair on May 18, 2007. Currently, it is applying to become a provincial-level rural tourism demonstration site and is working toward establishing itself as a 3A-level tourist attraction.

The total construction land area is 702 mu. The first phase covers 47 mu, with a total investment of 21 million yuan. The project has completed 1.8 kilometers of roads and a 6,000-square-meter parking lot. The building footprint is 2,117 square meters, with a total construction area of 5,700 square meters. It is a Dong ethnic-style resort integrating dining, guest rooms, entertainment, conferences, leisure, wellness, and outdoor adventure activities. The second phase includes Lover’s Valley and an aquatic amusement and sports center. The Lover’s Valley water sports base features activities such as rock climbing, bungee jumping, water games, rubber raft racing, and fishing, along with a health and wellness base, a forest holiday convention and exhibition center, a forest eco-recreation center, a natural oxygen bar wellness center, a forest hunting ground, and a mountain biking training base. The third phase is planned to include an agricultural eco-sightseeing area (for planting and breeding) and a senior care facility.

Nestled in the picturesque Jia Yan area of Tongren City, Yunlin Fairyland boasts beautiful mountain and water scenery, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.
