Kaili Miao Village
Although it has a relatively strong commercial atmosphere, it still retains some Miao traditions, and most of the indigenous people still live there. It’s recommended to visit the Miao King’s residence—the scenery is amazing. Suggest starting your visit in the afternoon to enjoy the terraced fields’ pastoral views. When the sun sets, head to the Miao King’s place in Yedongzhai to watch the sunset, and after dinner, enjoy a Miao cultural performance and take in the night view.
